A place brimming with festivities. From the San Juan festival on the night of 23 June to San Antoni in October.
A place brimming with history. The town of Moncofa owes its origins to an old Moorish farmstead. Hidden between the buildings, traces of the old Moorish wall still stand today. A century-old watch tower known as Torre de Viniesma stands close to sea, silently guarding the area from the onslaught of docile waves.
The neo-classical Santa María Magdalena Church is extremely famous, and was built in honour of the patron saint of sailors. Indeed, Moncofa’s history has always been inextricably linked to the sea.
